All motor vehicles or combinations of motor vehicles with a permissible total weight of at least 7,5 tonnes are subject to the obligation to pay the road fee.

In order to state reasons for the obligation to pay the tax, it is sufficient to fulfil one of the two possibilities provided for in point 1(1) of Article 1(1) of the Law on road traffic charging
